Oliver Lewis, the author of the collections Wisp Thin Skin and Lampoonery of the Shallow, has been shortlisted for the Orwell Youth Prize, which "[s]upports the next generation of socially engaged young writers and thinkers." In 2024, his work appeared in Nowhere Girl Collective. He is a Creative Writing and English Literature student and works as a bookseller in York.
